Our mother of 88 years of age was transferred from Los Robles Hospital to sherwood oaks rehabilitation center From the start being picked up by a wonderful gentleman that took great care of her swiftly getting her delivered and comfortable in her bed immediately the head nurse another gentleman took charge of her daily medications , the room nurse made sure she was comfortable got her water snd extra pillows as she would use at home Im now home after leaving her in great hands i will be returning bright and early thanks to the staff at Sherwood oaks Sincerely Peter Suescun 🙏❤️
Staff very personable. Treat patients with respect. Only draw back is excessive noise
Everyone who works here knows that the families of patients are currently going through a pretty bad experience. All employees are kind, friendly, and understanding. This helps immensely.
All of the staff from the receptionist through to the director of social services are easy to work with.And very caring people.
